MICROTRONICA disposes over the largest and most modern component warehouse in Europe. From the Distributions Logistics Center (D.L.C.) in Venlo, MICROTRONICA supplies 3.500 customers in the Netherlands, Belgium, Austria, Switzerland and Germany.
As a company that is active throughout Europe, it is self-understood that we offer every customer a quick and absolutely reliable service. It makes absolutely no difference in this regard, whether the components are to the delivered to Belgium or in Germany, in the Netherlands or to Switzerland. But MICROTRONICA does more for its customers than just minimising procurements times and putting an extensive product range and warehouse and their disposal. From your very first contact with MICROTRONICA, you will be supported by competent product specialists, all of them members of our telephonic customer service department. If your questions and requirements should on occasion require more than just professional telephone support, then our technical field service is at your disposal, for helping to solve questions and problems directly on-site.
Furthermore, in co-operation with franchise partners, we offer you specialist seminars on such topics as "Build Your Own Server" (BYOS) and "Build Your Own Notebook" (BYON). At these events, participants have the opportunity of gaining the necessary know-how, for constructing their own notebook or server equipment, or for deepening existing technical know-how, all under the guidance of our product specialists.
The goal of these seminars is to transmit to the participants both the practical and the theoretical skills, which are necessary for assembling customised notebooks and servers for their own customers in a variety of performance and price classes, for selling these under their own name and, therewith, for developing new sources of income.
